Karen has helped us buy & sell two homes now and she really made the process seemless for us. She listened to our wants and needs as well as looked out for our best interest with buying & selling. Karen is so knowledgeable about real estate and the Hampton Roads area of Virginia! She was so helpful and mindful with prepping our home for sale and takes amazing pictures for the listing! Let me just begin by saying that Karen is the absolute BEST at what she does! My husband and I live in Florida, but we still own a home in Virginia. After patiently searching for 2 years for 'our dream home with a water view’, we finally found the right home at the right price. This was a difficult and emotional transaction as the sellers were unfortunately in a divorce situation. Karen walked into what appeared to be a lost cause and brought clarity and order to chaos. Within 30 days, she sold our home and closed the deal on our new purchase! We were so thankful for her expertise and attention to so very many details. I have looked for houses a few times in the past with other agents but I just wasn't happy with what I was looking at. I was referred to Karen through a good
